Your Generosity Creates Moments of Joy and Support for Those Facing Memory Loss
There Are Many Ways to Give—Each One Making a Meaningful Difference.
How You Can Help
Give Hope, Give Support, Give Today
Every contribution, big or small, makes a difference in the lives of those facing dementia.
Donate Activity Materials
Provide seniors with engaging memory care activities that spark joy, encourage social interaction, and support cognitive well-being. A simple gift of supplies makes a big impact in their daily lives.
Support a Caregiver’s Journey
Help a caregiver attend an educational workshop where they can learn valuable strategies, find support, and gain confidence in their caregiving role. Your donation provides knowledge and relief to those who need it most.
Sponsor a Senior’s Day at the Memory Activity Club
Give a loved one with dementia the chance to enjoy a full day of connection, laughter, and enriching activities in a safe, welcoming space—while giving their caregiver a much-needed break.
Expand Our Community Outreach
Your generosity helps fund critical programs, caregiver support groups, and outreach initiatives that provide essential services to families navigating dementia.
Together, we can build a stronger, more supportive community.
Help Provide Transportation
Many families struggle to access the care and resources they need due to transportation challenges. Your generosity helps fund rides to our programs, allowing individuals with dementia and their caregivers to receive the support they deserve without barriers.
Support Respite Care Services
Caring for a loved one with dementia is demanding, and every caregiver deserves time to rest and recharge. Your donation helps provide respite care options, ensuring caregivers have access to essential breaks while their loved ones receive compassionate support.
Our Mission
Our mission is to reduce isolation and enhance the well-being of individuals with dementia and their caregivers. Through engaging activities, compassionate support, education, and personalized consultations, we are dedicated to creating a supportive community where no one faces this journey alone.
